Drop-off E-Waste Recyclables
at the Transfer Station on Clark Road
Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri, Sat from 8:00 AM
to 2:00 PM (closed Thurs & Sun)
 
Washington Transfer Station now accepts worn out household electronics! We have a new container for these items, and it is located in the same area as the paper and bottle/cans recycling containers for your convenience!

There is a fee associated with E-Waste, prices listed below.

$1.00 fee for:
  • Cell Phones
  • Remote controls
  • Pagers, PDA's,
  • Two-way pager's
  • Light bulbs (fluorescent, straight, and U-shaped)
  • PCB and Non-PCB Ballasts
  • Ink Cartridges
$2.00 fee for:
  • Digital Cameras
  • Speakers (small)
  • Telephones
  • Answering Machines
  • Camcorders
  • Keyboard/mouse/Peripherals
$3.00 fee for:
  • Tape/VCR/CD/DVD players
  • Electronic typewriters
  • Game Systems
  • Lap tops
  • Stereo's (per piece)
  • Projectors
    $5.00 fee for
  • Monitors
  • Printers
  • Fax machines
  • Scanners
  • Copiers
$10.00 fee for:
  • Computer Towers
  • Televisions (under 27 inches)
  • Microwaves
$15.00 fee for:
  • Televisions (over 27 inches)

We also take small household batteries. Please see attendant for details.
